1. How to Place an Order

You can place an order using our fax at 1-704-365-9105, or by calling (704) 366-0322.

a) Fax Orders:

If you prefer to place an order by fax, please print out the FAX Order Form using your browser's print function. Fill out the forms, add your signature, and fax them to us at 704-365-9105.

b) Telephone Orders:
Please call our Order Desk at (704) 366-0322 with your order information.

2. Payment Methods

a) We accept VISA and MasterCard for payment. Orders billed to a credit card must include the correct billing address for the credit card, even if the order is being shipped elsewhere. We can not ship COD. Credit card orders are billed to the credit card when the order is placed via the telephone..

b) Credit-card orders are electronically verified for accuracy and authorization for approval at time of order. First time orders may require a valid signature on file before we ship the order. You will be advised of this at the time of confirmation of the order.

c) Prices charged are those in effect on the date of original order, or at time of shipment, whichever are lower.

3. Shipping & Handling

The first video will be sent via First Class Mail at a charge of $3.95. Each additional video will to be sent with the original order for an additional $2.00 per video. Third day RUSH orders will be delivered via UPS at a charge of $15.00 per order in the continental USA.

4. Delivery & Order Processing

a) We ship all orders as quickly as we can, but items do become backordered due to product demand and supplier's delays.

b) Order processing is dependent upon incoming order volume. We normally process orders and ship within 24 hours, depending on the order levels and shipping activity.

c) If an order comes in for our video which is not in stock but is incoming on the next shipment, we will allocate items from that shipment for the order, and normally ship within 2 weeks of your order.

5. Returns and Order Cancellation Policy

a) RETURNS: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our video from date of purchase. You must return the video in its original sleeve to the address noted on the home page. Please include your name, address, and credit card number so that we may issue a credit to your credit card account.

b) CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel an order, at no charge, anytime before it ships. You must call us and get a cancellation number.
